The interior is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at evenly distributing heat.
To adequately cook multiple dishes at once, each oven compartment can hold up to (2) 18″ x 26″ full size sheet pans in a left to right position, and the rack positions are separated with 4 1/2″ of space.
