The Ikon IMG-12 is a 12 inch wide gas griddle with manual controls. It can be ordered for either natural gas or liquid propane.
The cabinet is completely constructed of stainless steel, and the sides are double wall insulated.
For ample ventilation the flue is placed on the back of the unit, and the grease trough is a standard 4 inches wide for spatulas.
Both the back and side splash guards are fully welded to the griddle plate, and the entire machine sits on adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet.
It has one burner, which is “U” shaped and provides even heat distribution. The burner has an output of 30,000 BTU.
The machine is fully serviceable from the front and the front edge remains cool to the touch.
