The Hobart AM16T-BAS-10 Standard 27 Inch Opening High Temp Sanitizing Door Style Dishwasher Single Tank 380 to 415 Volts 3 Phase features a Sense-A-Temp booster heater (70 degree F rise) that will wash up to 60 racks of dishes, glassware, or utensils per hour and it is NSF rated for pots and pans as well.
This dishwasher can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit.
This Standard chamber model has a 27″ door opening with a 5-sided insulated hood.
The machine operates at 0.67 gallons of water per rack with X-shaped revolving, interchangeable upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms, and a 10 1/2 gallon wash tank.
