With an efficient 1/4 hp motor and large 30″ product table, this slicer creates consistent, uniform slices out of large cuts of meat, cheese, or other product.
Operated by a simple on / off switch with a power light indicator, the 10″ long hollow-ground, chromium-plated carbon steel knife can slice precise thicknesses up to 9/16″ for ultra-fine, tissue-thin cuts or thicker slices.
This slicer is constructed of durable stainless steel and anodized aluminum for long-lasting use and easy cleaning.
It boasts a top-mounted, two-stone knife sharpener to continuously maintain a sharp blade and has a carriage that accepts food up to 8 1/4″ x 6 7/8″ x 6 7/8″ in size.
For safe use, the motor is completely enclosed, and a permanent knife ring guard is included to always cover the non-slicing portion of the knife.
This slicer can be disassembled without tools for easy cleaning at the end of the day.
