Holding (16) 1/6 size pans up to 6″ deep, this unit helps streamline the sandwich prep process while conveniently holding a common sandwich or salad toppings.
The lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper food-safe temperatures, and a full-length 12″ deep removable cutting board mounts the table surface as a space for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.
The powerful 1/4 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R450A refrigerant to keep food at temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
This prep table comes with (4) 4″ casters, making it easy to move the freezer for cleaning and maintenance.
Two of these casters include standard locks, steadying the unit for safe use.
