27″ Centerline by Traulsen Sandwich/Salad Prep Table CLPT-2708-SD-L

This Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-L compact prep table’s exterior is constructed of high-quality stainless steel, while the interior has an anodized aluminum construction.
Together, these metals withstand daily, heavy-duty use.
The unit measures 27.88 inches wide by 32.75 inches deep by 44 inches high and is furnished with casters that facilitate smooth maneuvering and stability.
Its top section features a removable, full-length, white polyethylene cutting board and a cut-out portion that comes with eight sixth-size pans with 4-inch depths.
A roll-down top lid can be closed over the food pans to protect ingredients from contaminants when the unit isn’t being used.
