DEFAULT PAYMEN
If the purchaser defaults on any payment due here under, the purchase price that become due and payable Jacobs Restaurant Equipment Inc. Or its assigns shall have the right to response and resell the equipment package. JRE Inc. has the right to retain all the equipment as liquidated damages and not as a penalty
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The products shall remain the property of JRE Inc. (the seller), and title shall not be passed on to the buyer or anyone else until paid for in full. All deposits are non-refundable. Equipment under 250lbs is subject to bench warranty. Deposits will be forfeited, or storage will be charged if term(s) are not received by purchaser to date required on reverse side. Items may not be returned for any reason without the written authorization of JRE inc. A minimum restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price shall be charged on all returned items. No refunds, exchange only within 7 days of invoice date. JRE Inc. Reserves the right to sell all equipment that has been on hold for more than 120 days (about 4 months) and the deposit will not be refunded.
NEW EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
All new equipment purchased is subject to indicated on invoice warranty only. After full warranty ends, JRE inc. Not responsible for labor, parts supplied only (subject to warranty)
This warranty is not valid unless its duration has been printed and signed on the reverse side of this form by JRE Inc. All used equipment shall be under warranty for parts and labor from the date of the purchase. JRE in
USED EQUIPMENT LIMITED WARRANTY
- Will it option replace or repair the defective products without charge. The equipment is warranted to the original purchaser only, for the cost of labor and replacement parts. Customers must bring in all small equipment for warranty service. (250Lbs), To obtain warranty services, the purchaser must present the original bill of sale.
Components repaired or replaced are warranted through the remainder of the original warranty period only. The warranty does not cover the expense involved in making the equipment readily accessible for service.
All warranty services must be performed by JRE Inc. only. This warranty will cover a 20KM radius from JRE inc. 1636 Drouillard rd., Windsor, on. To obtain warranty service, the purchaser Components repaired or replaced are warranted through the remainder of the original warranty period only. Anything outside the 20 km radius will be covered for the cost of parts only and JIME inc. must approve any replacement parts before commencing with any service work to be done by someone else. The Purchaser has the right to inspect and test all equipment purchased before shipping .
This warranty is valid only if the products sold to the buyer have been professionally installed by qualified licensed technicians and connected Properly to all services, such as gas and electricity in accordance with municipal, provincial, and federal regulations Damages resulting from accident, abuse, mouse, ateration, neglect or from other than normal ordinary use of the product cancels all Obligations of this warranty
DISCLAIMER
As these systems are air cooled it is the owner’s responsibility to provide adequate ventilation at the condensing unit location for proper operation, with maximum ambient temperature of 32.2°C/90°F and minimum 10°C/50°F
LIMITATIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND EXCLUSIONS OF CERTAIN DAMAGES
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, JRE INC Inc shall not be liable for any claims for damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the products or indirect damages with respect to loss of property, revenues, or profit or of
any damage or loss resulting from delay in providing warranty service, or any loss of any perishable goods, or consequential damage or loss as a result of the failure of the equipment sold to the buyer, or by the delayed delivery of the equipment. NOTE The equipment owner or operator is responsible for securing appropriate protective insurance. Any damage to property- Example wall, door, frames, stairs Caused by delivery the purchasers responsibility
Terms of payment
- Payments can be made by e-transfer, cash, and cheque (cheques should be made to Jacobs Restaurant Equipment Inc.
All taxes are extra unless a valid exemption form is presented. All goods remain the exclusive property of JRE until payment in full is received. Cancelled orders subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge
Openings large enough to receive equipment and level area for equipment is the purchaser’s responsibility, Please sign the purchaser delivery information sheet.
