The Hobart AM15-1 door-type dishwasher can be used as a high-temp or chemical sanitizing machine since it has the capability to perform both sanitizing methods.
Depending on your kitchen setup, you can use this dishwasher as a straight-through or as a corner machine simply by rotating the rack holder 90 degrees.
0.74 gallons of water is used per rack, and the machine can clean 58 to 65 racks per hour depending on which sanitizing method your use.
