• The Hobart AM16VL-ADV-2 Advansys Ventless 17 Inch Opening Single Tank Commercial Dishwasher High Temp Sanitizing 208 to 240 Volts 3 Phase recycles heat from the drain water to save energy and reduces drain water tempering, and it has Automatic Soil Removal (ASR) technology that reduces pre-scrapping labor time by up to 20 percent and can cut wash-water change in half.
• There is a Sense-A-Temp booster heater (70 degree F rise) included that will wash up to 40 racks of dishes, glassware, or utensils per hour and it is NSF rated for pots and pans as well.
